Alex Casey is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, and Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience in healthcare.
Her own healing journey began after experiencing severe burnout and anxiety — a period that became a profound turning point in her life. What initially felt like breaking point evolved into a deep calling to understand the subconscious mind and nervous system at a foundational level. Through this exploration, she discovered the transformative power of hypnosis and nervous system regulation.
Today, Alex is passionate about sharing the approaches that helped her heal, guiding others to cultivate calm, resilience, and flow — not as a temporary state, but as a sustainable way of living.

A Little More About Alex
Alex brings her whole self to this work. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, she worked as a Personal Trainer for five years, cultivating a deep appreciation for movement and the mind–body connection. She has now been nursing for over 13 years — including eight years in Paediatrics — and continues to work in healthcare alongside her private practice.
Her approach blends structure with intuition. In Human Design, she is a 1/3 Manifestor with Emotional Authority — a profile rooted in deep research, lived experience, and intuitive decision-making. This allows her to hold space with clarity and confidence, while attuning to each client’s unique emotional process. Astrologically, as a Cancer Sun and Moon with Scorpio Rising, she brings empathy, emotional depth, and a natural ability to work beneath the surface — guiding clients through meaningful, transformative change.
Alex’s presence is calm and grounded, yet naturally warm and relatable. She believes that deep work can coexist with ease and even humour. Sessions are thoughtfully structured, but never rigid — allowing space for authenticity, connection, and the kind of lightness that makes transformation feel both safe and sustainable.
With a background in competitive running, triathlon, and CrossFit — along with over 15 years of dance — movement has always been central to her life. Outside of sessions, she can be found by the ocean: surfing, running, practising Pilates or yoga, dancing, or grounding in nature. She embodies the principles she teaches and is deeply committed to holistic living, ongoing self-development, and helping others cultivate lasting inner peace.
